Transaction records are kept for 12 months. Account information stays active while your account is open. Deleted accounts remove personal data within 30 days.

Update your email, phone, payment method or contact address directly in Settings. Changes take effect immediately and are logged for security.

Questions about your legal rights and account terms

You can open an account if you are of legal age where local law permits, provide a valid name and payment method, and live in a region where our service operates. We verify your identity before your first withdrawal. Your eligibility depends on local law.

Log into your account, go to Settings, and select 'Close Account'. We freeze your account immediately and delete your personal data within 30 days. Any remaining balance is returned to your payment method via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS.

We store deposit and withdrawal records for 12 months. You can view your full history anytime in the Account > Transactions section. After 12 months, older records are archived and no longer visible in your lobby.

Yes. Email our support team and request a data export. Include your account email and name. We compile your account info, payment history and betting records into a file sent within 7 business days.

Your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS details are used only to process deposits and withdrawals. We never share payment details with third parties. All payment data is encrypted and stored on secure servers in Indonesia.
